Wilson wins at Calcot

The BB&O Senior Series headed to Calcot Park on Thursday 10th March. John Kennedy (Frilford Heath) set the pace with a solid 33 points including an eagle on the 12th hole. James Cowan (Mill Ride) came close to catching John by shooting 31 points. This was matched by Dougie Rae (Burnham Beeches) who pipped James to second spot on count back. Michael Walker (Calcot Park) used his home advantage to match John on 33 points. George Wilson (Calcot Park) played a very steady round which included 3 birdies and 2 dropped shots to catapult him into top spot with 37 points. Justin Rhodes (Woburn) had 19 points on the front nine to match George, however a few dropped shots on the final few holes meant Justin just came up short, finishing second.

Congratulations to George on winning the Senior Series event! Thank you to Calcot for hosting a great event!
