The prestigious Sunningdale Foursomes event ran from Tuesday 10th to Friday 13th March over the New and Old Course at Sunningdale Golf Club. A fantastic representation of BB&O players were selected to compete in the event including U14 squad member Sebastian Duffield (Sand Martins), U18 squad member Jamie McGeoch (The Berkshire) and former BB&O player Eddie Pepperell.
Jamie McGeoch, partnered by England Squad member Ellie Lichtenhein, took down highly respected players including Richard McEvoy and Matthew Southgate as they reached the final day. Jamie & Ellie took control of the semi final and closed it out on the 17th winning 3&1 setting up a final against Jordan Loft and Jamie Dick.. The match was nip and tuck the whole way and they found themselves 1 down after 10 holes. After battling back and they won holes 11, 14, 15 & 16 to secure the victory.
