Seniors v Essex
On a sunny day at Burnham Beeches on 8th September the Seniors completed the League season with 7-3 win against Essex. This was the final match in the League and was a ‘must win’ as Essex were similarly undefeated, but had a couple more game points, so a draw was no good. We got off to a good start, winning the first 3 games before a slight blip in the middle and then we finished well winning the next 4 games to take the match. We now go on to play Hampshire in the final at Hadley Wood on 13th October.
