Colts Championship

Colts Championship

On Tuesday 30th May The Colts Championship was held at Huntercombe. The course was looking great and the effort of the green staff was incredible as they cut the greens in between the first and second round. The scoring was fantastic and the winner was Alex Stubbs (The Oxfordshire) with a total of 136 which was 4 under par. This was good enough to take the title by 4 strokes from Charlie Herbert (Harewood Downs) who in turn beat Taylor Paul (Stoke Park) on countback both with a total of level par 140.

The handicap competition was won by Will Tate (Caverhsam Heath) whose 132 secured him the Busby Bowl. In second place was Archie Smith with a net total of 135. Fraser Bown (Maidenhead) won the AM scratch with 70 and the PM scratch was won by Phil Williams (Buckinghamshire) with a 2 under gross 68.
