Perkins wins at Henley

Henley Golf Club hosted our Futures Tour on Friday 30th August, where 43 boys were competing for the trophy. Daniel Butteriss (Wexham Park) took the U12 gross prize by shooting a very impressive 73 (+3), a great performance! Billy Wood (Stoke Park) came second with a gross 79. Sander Andreasen (Wexham Park) won the nett prize by 1 shot ahead of Boyd Price (Newbury & Crookham).

Connor Jacob (Frilford Heath) continued his good form and was able to clinch the U14 gross prize on countback to Simon Mead (Newbury & Crookham), both shooting 77. Jack Parry (Frilford Heath) just came up shy in the nett category with a 71 as Teddy Devlin shot (Newbury & Crookham) a very solid nett 69. It was close in the U16 nett competition as Oliver Jones (Tadmarton Heath) just managed to win on countback to William Price (Frilford Heath) with a 71. Luke Perkins (Frilford Heath) continued his winning streak by firing a level par 70 to win the gross prize by 4 shots ahead of Huw Pearson (Buckingham). Congratulations to our winners on some excellent performances!
