Dan shoots level par to win

The Futures Tour went to Buckingham Golf Club on Thursday 11th August, where 39 boys were competing for order of merit points. Archie Sollis (Cotswolds Club) fought back with 5 birdies to finish with 76 (+5) and to take the lead in the U14’s gross leaderboard. Jakob Payne (Burford) finished one shot back from Archie but finished at the top of the net leaderboard with a 69 (-3).

Daniel Butteriss (Beaconsfield) had a solid round with birdies on 14 and 16 to help him shoot 71 (level) to finish top of the U16 leaderboard. Thomas O’Kane (Woburn) finished with a birdie to shoot 75 to finish in second place behind Daniel.

Sebastian Duffield (Sand Martins) had a solid round shooting 80 to sneak ahead of Thomas James (Drayton Park) in the U12 gross leaderboard. Yash Patel (Gerrards Cross) shot a net 68 to lead the U12 net category. Yash didn’t stay at the top for too long as Billyjoe had a very impressive net 64 to win the U12 net prize.

Congratulations to Sebastian Duffield (U12), Archie Sollis (U14) & Daniel Butteriss (U16) on their great rounds!
