Champion Club

Once again, the weather had a big say in one of our events as this Championship was reduced to 18 holes due to heavy rain. All 3 scores count in this Championship and a countback is decided on the 3rd card. Unfortunately Castle Royle posted a 76 against Woburn’s 75. Woburn were represented by John Kemp, Jack Bartlett and Harry Noton and they go forward to represent BB&O in the England Golf finals later this year. The Courage is awarded to the leading player on the day and it was no surprise to see John Kemp at the top of the leaderboard after a 1 under par 71.
