Conor Gough wins the Fairhaven Trophy

The ‘Fairhaven’, as it has become known, is one of the strongest and most internationally represented Junior Championships in Europe, being included in boys and girls national order of merits, the European and World Amateur Golf Rankings. BB&O Junior Elite player Conor Gough was victorious and at just 15 years old he becomes one of the youngest ever winners. Conor’s rounds of 69,75, 70, 69 gave him a four round total of 283 which secured victory by a single stroke from Adam Wallin from Sweden. This is the second victory of the year in a National Junior Major for the Junior Elite squad after Harrison Arnold’s victory in the McEvoy trophy just a few weeks ago. Huge congratulations to Conor from all at BB&O.
