Faeez Chaudhary on top at Kirtlington

Faeez Chaudhary on top at Kirtlington

BB&O run a series of events for promising Under 12 year olds who haven’t quite managed to qualify for the Futures Tour. On Wednesday 3rd of August the Development Tour came to the short course at Kirtlington and we were really impressed with the talent on show. There is so much to look forward to and it bodes well for our junior county teams in the years to come.

We had 5 scores of 71 or better with Charlie Hodgson (Kirtlington) and Mason Hayes (Feldon Valley) both shooting 70 and being pipped at the post by a fantastic 68 from Faeez Chaudhary (Wexham Park).

Charlie’s consolation was the net prize, but even that was on count back from Mason and Rex Pickavance (Castle Royle).

With most boys receiving tuition from BB&O Hub Centres, we feel sure that yet more talent will further strengthen this wonderful tour.
