Futures Tour Badgemore Park

The fourth Futures Tour event of 2017 was held at Badgemore Park. The course was looking excellent and some of the scores reflect that. In the U12 section Simon Mead (Newbury & Crookham) took the title with a gross 84. Just one stroke behind was Freddie Bearman (Bearwood Lakes) with a gross 85. Joe Getley (Hazelmere) won the net section with a fantastic 66. This just pipped Jake Valentine (Stoke Park) by a stroke.

The U14 section was won by Ben Loveard (Woburn) with a gross 75. In second place with a gross 77 was Ben Withall (Wexham Park). Jack Green (Sonning) shot a best of the day net 64 to take the title and in second pace with a great net 66 was Joseph Antonellie-Pike (Deanwood).

The U15 section was won by Taylor Paul (Stoke Park) who shot a wonderful 68 which was a -1 gross. A truly great score but just 2 shots back with a 1 over 70 was Carl Banner (Stoke Park). In the net section Will Tate took the title with 69 and in second playing his first ever Futures Tour Event was Markos Carr (Kirtlington) with a net 71.
