Futures Tour North Oxford

Futures Tour North Oxford

The sixth Futures Tour event of 2017 was held at North Oxford. The course was looking excellent but a strong wind made scoring difficult. In the U12 section Connor Jacob (Reading) took the title with a gross 80. Two strokes back with 82 was Joseph Lawton (East Berkshire). Joe Getley (Hazelmere) won the net section with a fantastic 61. This just pipped Ben Pusey (Wexham Park) who was a stroke back in second.

The U14 section was won by Ben Withall (Wexham Park) with a gross 71. In second place with a gross 72 was Ben Loveard (Woburn). William Price (Frilford Heath) shot a net 65 to take the title by a shot from James MacFarlane (Maidenhead).

The U15 section was won by Will Tate (Caversham Heath) who shot 76. A great score but just 2 shots back with a 78 was John Wellman (Badgemore Park). In the net section Oscar Fowler (Stoke Park) took the title with 69 and in second was Aiden Benger (Studley Wood) with a net 73.
