Futures Tour The Berkshire

The Futures Tour moved onto The Berkshire and only a couple of weeks after they hosted The English Amateur the boys were in for a treat. In the U12 section George Kennedy (Stoke Park) took the title with a gross score of 82. In second just a shot back on 83 was Freddie Bearman (Bearwood Lakes). In the net section Bradley Hopkin (Newbury & Crookham) sealed victory with a net 68. In his first Futures Tour event Jack Parry (Hadden Hill) finished second with a net 70.

Luke Perkins (Frilford Heath) sealed his first Futures Tour win with a very good score of 76. In second on 79 was Harry Thomas (Drayton Park). In the U14 net section Harrison Coleman (Newbury & Crookham) won with a net 68. This was good enough to beat Jack Bristow (Buckinghamshire) who had a net 70.

Lastly, the U15 section was won by Archie Smith (Caversham Heath) who continued his fine form and signed for a 74. This just pipped Aiden Benger (Studley Wood) on countback who also scored 74. In the net section Oscar Fowler (Stoke Park) fired a net 70 to give him the title over Charlie Haynes (Frilford Heath) who scored 71.

The next tour event is at Maidenhead.
