John Gough is the English Amateur Champion

John Gough (Stoke Park) defeated Tom Addy on the final hole of the English Amateur Championship at Moortown Golf Club in Yorkshire. He becomes the second “Gough” in three years to win the title after his brother, Conor, was champion in 2019. John thoroughly deserves this success and his victory came as no surprise to everybody that has known and supported him over the last 10 years. Well played John!!!
