Mid Age Championship

On Bank Holiday Monday 30th The Oxfordshire hosted the Mid Age Championship. Rain threatened but never really materialised and the course played great. The winner was Kevin Freeman (Stoke Park) with a gross total of 2 under par 141. In second place just 2 shots behind on 143 was William Kendall (Denham) and in third on 146 was Austin Siggers (Studley Wood). Dave Williams (Caversham Heath) won the net with a combined score of 141 which was good enough to win by 3 strokes from Paul Jones (Downshire). The AM scratch was won by Aaron Ashberry (Burford) with 71 and PM scratch was won by Craig Paterson (Studley Wood) with 72.
