Nike Futures Tour Henley

Once again the weather got the better of us and with the threat of electrical thunderstorms in the area, we abandoned play after 9 holes. Nevertheless we were able to declare a result and it was Harrison Arnold (East Berkshire) who took the honours in the Under 14s with a score of 37. Tied second were Kristian Tannum-Donaldson (Buckinghamshire) and Gregor McKenzie (Kirtlington) with 38. In the Order of Merit, Kristian is just under 3 points ahead of Harrison with Bradley Tuckett (East Berkshire) a further few points back. Any one of these can win the Title at Frilford Heath in October.

In the Under 12s Sebastian Tannum-Donaldson (Buckinghamshire) tied with Archie Smith (Caversham Heath) with 38 but took the Trophy on countback. Taylor Paul and Thomas Gregory both from Stoke Park finished just a shot further back. In the Order of Merit, Thomas leads Sebastian by 3¼ points and these two are realistically the only contenders for first place.
