Paul is County Card Champion

BB&O headed to Sonning Golf Club on Tuesday 13th June to host the County Card Event. The sun was shining on the County Card Holders and it was set to be a great day. Doug Heritage (Wycombe Heights) went out early and set a clubhouse target of 38 points. Geoff McKinnie (Winter Hill) finished 1 point shy of Doug. Doug didn’t stay at the top of the leaderboard for long as Peter Foster (Badgemore Park) birdied the last hole to sneak ahead on 39 points. Paul Walker from Winter Hill had 3 birdies on his way to shooting a very impressive 40 points to step into the lead. The final card to be entered was from Steve Jenkins from Oxford Golf Club with 40 points, a fantastic score but unfortunately fell short on count back.

Congratulations to Paul Walker our 2023 County Card Champion!
