Rory shoots 67 to lift the Autumn Trophy

A full field competed at The Lambourne golf club for a chance to lift the Autumn Trophy. Alongside the amateurs, the pro’s were competing for the BB&O Open. John Kennedy (Frilford Heath) set an early clubhouse target of level par 72 which was hard to beat until the final few groups came in. Finlay Szafnauer (Frilford Heath) managed to sneak ahead of John with a 71 (-1) which was matched by Charlie Roper (The Berkshire). Rory Browne (Feldon Valley) had 3 birdies in the back nine to take the trophy by shooting 67 (-5) – a great round!

Simon McGreal was leading the way in the BB&O Open with a 69 (-3) until Guy Woodman came along with a 68 (-4). Rory Browne followed in Adam Birdseye’s shoes and lifted both trophies!

Thank you to The Lambourne for hosting, the course was in very good condition.

Well played to everyone – some great golf played!
