Strong start for BB&O Players

Strong start for BB&O Players

The Philip Kilgour Scratch Open at Buckinghamshire Golf Club kickstarted the 2022 Order of Merit on Monday 25th April. BB&O was well represented in the event with our squad players performing well. Adam Birdseye (Maidenhead) had a great first round (-1) which left him leading going into the afternoon round with John Gough (Beaconsfield) in second place. Adam couldn’t match his morning round and was overtaken by Max Fullerton from Buckinghamshire Golf Club who shot a very impressive 65 (-6) in his second round to lift the trophy. Connor Jacob (Goring & Streatley) birdied the last hole to finish level for the event placing him in 3rd. A solid performance for Connor! Taylor Paul (Harleyford), Adam Birdseye (Maidenhead) and John Kemp (Woburn) all finished within the top 10.

A great start to the season for the BB&O players!
