Welch on form

Following on from his recent victory at the BB&O 25 & Over Championship, Ben Welch (Woburn) went to Bogogno Golf Resort, Italy to compete in the European Mid-Amateur Championship. Ben got off to a flying start shooting -3 (69) in the first round to put himself in contention. Ben shot +1 (73) in the second round but turned it around in the final round shooting a tremendous -4 (68) to finish second on -6. Congratulations to Ben on a fantastic achievement!
