Nike Futures Tour
Another tough day at Drayton Park on 21st June for the boys in the 6th Round of the Nike Futures Tour. Again scoring was difficult and Will Tate (Caversham Heath) just got the better of Sebastian Tannum-Donaldson (Buckinghamshire) in the Under 14s Age Group with Taylor Paul (Stoke Park) in 3rd spot. This was Will’s first win whilst Taylor’s 14 points for 3rd took his lead in the Order of Merit to over 30 points.
It the Under 12s Age Group Struan Hancock (Bearwood Lakes) enjoyed his 3rd win of the season, beating Huw Pearson (Buckingham) on countback. Rising star Peter Chung Shing (Oxford) an 10 handicapper aged 10 took 3rd place. Things are a lot tighter in the Order of Merit with just 11 points separating the top 4.
