Oscar Rusher wins at Kirtlington

Warm, calm weather helped the youngsters post some pretty impressive scores in the Kirtlington Development Tour event. The tricky 9 hole course with a mixture of par 4s and 3s was in excellent condition and 22 boys competed. Harley Dixon (Kirtlington) shot a gross 70 which fell just short, but the resulting net 47 proved enough to win the net prize just ahead of Faeez Chaudhary (Wexham). Oscar Rusher’s 66 was the best score of the day and the runner up was Jack Harris (Burford) (after Harley had picked up the net winners prize). This was Oscar’s second win this season and we look forward to seeing him on the Futures Tour soon.
