Charlie wins the Crisp Cup

Charlie wins the Crisp Cup

The Development Tour Final took place at Billingbear Park golf course over 18 holes on the par 3 layout. After a successful season it was great to see the boys competing together for the Crisp Cup. The boys took advantage of  perfect golfing conditions with some great scores. The U10 category was closely contested as Jack Grant and Alessandro Zhang both shot 64 and led until Beau Wheeler snuck ahead and claimed the U10 trophy with a score of 59. The U12’s was so close that it came down to a card count back. Both Benjamin Wragg and Charlie Hodgson shot 58 and both had the same back nine – taking it back to the final 6 holes. With 1 shot between them, Charlie became the Crisp Cup Champion!

Congratulations to Beau Wheeler and Charlie Hodgson on great wins!

The talent on display is great to watch and we look forward to seeing them progress onto the Futures Tour next year.
