Irish Amateur Championship

Irish Amateur Championship

The Irish Amateur Championship was held at Royal County Down between 17th – 20th May. A truly International field competed over four rounds and John Gough (Stoke Park) finished in a very credible T2 place. His four round total of 286 which comprised of rounds of 71, 72, 73 & 70 left him 4 shots behind the eventual winner. Also making the cut were Olly Huggins (Frilford Heath) who finished in a credible T29th & David Langley (Castle Royle) just a couple of places further back in T31st. Well done to all three boys.
