Melan Dhaubhadel just misses out on McEvoy Trophy

BB&O Elite squad member Melan Dhaubhadel (Calcot Park) shot rounds of 68, 64, 74 and 71 to post a 7 under par total in the Peter McEvoy Trophy which is otherwise known as the English Boys Open. The impressive total earned him a place in the playoff with Tom McKibbin and Aaron Marshall and was one of only five players to post a sub par total. McKibben (Hollywood Golf Club) took the honours with a fantastic birdie on the second extra hole but Melan’s performance is sure to ignite another stellar season for BB&O players on the national stage.
