Eastern Inter Counties Foursomes 2026

Team BB&O headed up to Seacroft Golf Club for the annual Eastern Inter Counties Foursomes Championship.

The players representing BB&O were: James Brockington (Henley), Rory Browne (Feldon Valley), Freddie Edmunds (Wellington), Isaac Hayes (Feldon Valley), John Kennedy (Frilford Heath), Thomas Kirchner (Beaconsfield), Dominic Mayling (Castle Royle), Calum Miller (Badgemore Park) Shane Slatter (Calcot Park), Archie Sollis (Heythrop Park) & Jay Kitching (Frilford Heath).

BB&O had a great first day as the collected 6/10 and 7/10 points across the two sessions which sat them in 3rd place heading into Sunday. As they started the final day only 1.5 points behind the leaders, BB&O were right in the thick of the competition. A tough morning session where bounces didn’t go our way and putts lipped out meant that the matches didn’t go in our favour. Unfortunately this story continued into our toughest session of the weekend on Sunday afternoon. Despite it not going our way, we are proud of the way the players never gave up and fought right until the final putt dropped.

We would like to thank our players for competing and proudly representing BB&O!

We’ll be returning to Seacroft in 2026 determined to win back the trophy!
